Once prominent nephrologist, Dr. Santosh Rameshwar, formed a ring of drivers and servants to lure poor laborers in India for quick cash in exchange of kidney. Foreign patients were ready to pay hefty amounts for the much needed kidney and the poor were happy with very little leaving Santosh alias Amit with billions of dollars.
